The brand team was looking to enhance their content while improving the user experience — all in an effort to support search goals.
Solution
We noticed that customers were frequently asking questions about the ingredients found in many of Coca-Colas favorite beverages. So we built Coca-ColaProductFacts.com to provide clear answers to some of the most commonly asked questions.
My team developed dynamic visual content based off selected high search volume topics. In doing so, we proactively delivered content we knew people were searching for and addressed their questions in exciting new ways. All content maintained a consistent style and voice helped elevate The Coca-Cola Company’s character and further engage loyal consumers, providing a growing resource of trusted information on the Product Facts website.
Making the Most of Video
Knowing that a majority of people were coming from their mobile devices, we also developed visually arresting videos and infograms to enhance the site and better engage consumers.
